Our philosophy is to provide our guests with the ultimate experience with the smallest footprint. This experience includes extraordinary wines along with a unique and beautiful experience to all of your senses. We provide expansive vistas, ponds, fountains, rolling vineyards, elegant bed and breakfast units with fireplaces, private decks, spa, and full exercise room, wine caves, two unique and intimate wedding venues — one elegant, and one rustic, along with a menagerie of rescue farm animals.

Saluti Cellars is known for its unique, hand-crafted wines that reflect the intense varietal characteristics of Sierra foothill grapes. Saluti Cellars is the frequent recipient of Silver, Gold and Double Gold medals.
Saluti offers a variety of unique wedding venues perfect for intimate and romantic ceremonies, receptions, and special celebrations. No matter which venue you choose, Saluti Cellars is dedicated to accommodating your needs, ensuring your special day is everything you've dreamed of and more.
We make our property yours to explore with hiking/walking trails and paths or to just sit on our porch swing, sipping on our award-winning wines while enjoying panoramic vineyard views and beautifully landscaped grounds.
